With over twelve years in the modeling and entertainment industry, our founder has navigated the full spectrum of the business, print, commercial, film, television, and promotional work. From editorial campaigns to network sets, he has seen first-hand what separates the talent who book once from the talent who build careers.
That experience became the blueprint for Ross Talent Agency. Every conversation with a client, every submission, every coaching note is informed by the perspective of someone who has stood in our talent's shoes.
